These pictures are hilarious! And the post is rather funny! I'm sorry I wasn't there!

You are HARDLY the first -- this season alone: Michele took a flying fall right in front of Mark Morris during his ballet; Veronika screwed something up on opening night and it was very visible to the 'ohhhhing' crowd (and, Wingerites are nice, but just look at some of the Ballet Talk posters who noticed!); someone, I think Jesus (sorry there are a bunch of guys I totally confuse with each other) dropped his ballerina from an overhead lift during Upper Room -- they cutely shrugged it off but it was definitely noticeable since they were surrounded by Gillian and Stella who did perfect ones with their partners; and the list goes on -- I've seen Paul Taylor dancers fall flat on their butts, NYCB ballerinas (including the prima in Firebird), etc. etc. etc. And you didn't even fall, you just mixed up some steps?? -- I'm sure no one in the audience even noticed!

And it sounds like you did something good -- over-excited extension... is not your friend the great Brazilian the KING of over-excitedness!?!

Abby

7th Wave

Fell dead Center Stage at the Met in The Leaves are Fading. Slow motion takes place like in a dream when you can't get ready in time for a performance, it felt like I couldn't get up and what probably took two seconds to recover seemed like minutes. Your in Good Company. Yeah How wonderful to see Carson!
