Lazy Post Of The Day: My New Workout

I caught this on SNL a few months ago, but had pretty much forgotten about it until David reminded me the other day.  All of these Digital Shorts they have been doing ("Dick in a Box," "Iran So Far,") are incredible and this one can be added to the list.  It's about the level of intensity I can handle right now.  Perhaps I'll try the more basic techniques outlined in the video.

While the genius of Amy, Kristin and Maya (Penthils!) almost make Drew Barrymore bearable, she ruins the bit for me. I want to like her. She seems sweet but as an actress she makes me want to gouge out my eyes and stick penthils in my ears.
